The Center for NeoScience (CFN) is dedicated to combining the wisdom of the past with the science of today. Our goal is to bring together parallels and synthetic emergent principles from spiritual and scientific understanding.

Today, as we confront issues that include, abortion, the nature of the soul, the nature of spirit, definition of life, cloning, genetic engineering, bio-augmentation, artificial intelligence, assisted dying, machine-bio augmentation, and more there couldn't be a more relevant field for the moral and ethical issues facing humanity today.

The Center for Neoscience's mission is research into the wisdom of the past, and the science of today. Within this we look for emergent principles that extend our understanding of life, mind, matter and spirit in order that the individual, the human species and other species may realize highter states of existence and being across the spectrum of sentient and non-sentient life. Neoscientific research provides the basis for a working inter-dimensional understanding model in relationship to spatial-temporal and non-spatial-temporal domains.

The center's goal is to to bring this Neoscientific understanding to you; we do this through written material, online databases and other modalities that help us disseminate this information.

Our hope is that it might help individauls, groups, and organizations resolve real life issues, develop broader understanding, while engaging in a proactive approach to spiritual growth and human development; further, that we provide a foundation for the individual, the human species and other species to realize higher and higher states of being like peace, plenitude, unity, happiness and love.

Our mission has been to resolve the current systemic and exacerbatory issues in the world at large, by setting in place a new set of systems that accomplish this and will also work into the foreseeable future in terms of their scope. We accomplish this by creating a new set of infrastructures, a new level playing field and along with this provide tools and instruments that empower people to realize higher states of being for all the people of planet Earth.

The Center for Neoscience (CFN) was founded in 1999 as a continuation of the Institute for Cognitive and Affective Research and Education (ICARE). The foundational work for this initiative was The Relativistic Perceptual Field Model, A Study of Consciousness and Cognitive Process.

The Center's primary mission from those initial days was to conduct research that combined the wisdom of the past with current day scientific understanding with the goal of looking for emergent principles and truths across a vast body of religious and scientific literature. The center, got its name “New Science” because it inverted the understanding of mind and the spatial-temporal domain. Making spacetime a sub-domain of consciousness instead of the other way around, as is often thought in traditional biological mind theory. Because of this inversion of understanding, which fundamentally reshapes how we view the basic premises of science including the concepts of what is objective and subjective the name New Science or Neoscience was chosen as the name for the Center.
